Read the following:- 1. Act No.29 of 2008 published in A.P. Gazette Part IV-B extraordinary, dt.24.9.08. 2. Higher Education (UE.II) Dept., U.O.No.7089/UE-II/2011, dt. 15.02.2012. oOo ORDER:- Government have established a new University at Mahabubnagar District through Act No.29 of 2008, which came into force on 24th September 2008, with a view to cater to the higher education needs of the region in general and the district in particular. The University has started functioning from the 2008-2009 academic year. 2. In the reference 2nd read above, the A.P. State Council of Higher Education has informed that the Osmania University has started a P.G Centre at Gadwal with certain courses under self-finance category in the year 1992-93 and 2002-2003. But due to paucity of contract faculty, the courses were closed in the year 2007. Hence, the Secretary, APSCHE has requested the Government to consider sanction of teaching and non-teaching staff to start the courses at P.G. Centre, Gadwal. In the reference 3rd read above, the Registrar, Palamuru University has requested for sanction of teaching and non-teaching staff to start the PG Courses viz., M.Sc (Physics), M.A. (Telugu), as per UGC regulations, at PG Centre, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar. 3. In the reference 4th read above, Government have accorded permission to start regular Post Graduate courses viz., M.Sc.(Physics), M.A.(Telugu), as per UGC regulations, at PG Centre, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar. In the reference fifth read above, the Higher Education Department has proposed for sanction of Teaching and Non-teaching posts on self finance basis, at P.G. Centre Gadwal, without any financial commitment on the part of the Government, either now or in future. 4. Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby accord sanction for creation of the following Teaching and Non-teaching posts to start the P.G. Courses on regular basis, at P.G.
