In the G.O. 1st read above, an amount of Rs. 5.00 Lakhs has been sanctioned to
Smt.V. Laxmi, Office Subordinate, Industries and Commerce Department towards House
Building Advance for site-cum-construction of a house in at Plot No.72, Survey
No.192,193,194/A & 214 situated at Aipoor Village, Chityal Mandal, Nalgonda District and
released a sum of Rs.1.25 lakhs towards 1st instalment.
2. In the reference 2nd read above, Smt.V. Laxmi, Office Subordinate, Industries and
Commerce Department has requested Government to ratify the action of purchasing plot
No.72 instead of Plot No.46 in the Survey No.192,193,194/A & 214 situated at Aipoor
Village, Chityal Mandal, Nalgonda District was considered and ratified vide reference 3rd
read above.
3. In terms of the orders issued in G.O. 5th read above, since the individual has
submitted the sale Deed showing purchase of land for which 1st instalment is released and
mortagage of land in favour of Government, the individual is eligible for release of 2nd
instalment of Rs.2.50 lakhs. Government hereby release an amount of Rs.2.50 lakhs
(Rupees two lakh fifty thousand only) to Smt.V.Laxmi, Office Subordinate, Industries and
Commerce Department towards 2nd instalment subject to conditions stipulated in the
G.O.1st read above.
4. The amount sanctioned in para 3 above shall be debited to the Head of Account
:7610-Loans to Government Servants – MH 201 – House Building Advance – SH (05) Loans
to Other Officers (non-plan) and met from the funds allotted to Industries and Commerce
Department in the reference 3rd read above.
5. This order does not require the concurrence of Finance (A&L) Department as per
rules in force.
