Read the following:- 1. G.O.Ms.No. 11, Finance (SMPC-I) Department, dated 31.01.2011. 2. G.A. (G.H.I) Dept., U.O.No. 117/G.H.I/A1/2011, dt:16.03.2012. oOo O R D E R: In the reference first read above, orders were issued creating one post of System Administrator in the scale of pay Rs.16150 – 42590, in A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi. 2. In the reference second read above, the General Administration (GH.I) Department stated that Smt. Sangeetha working as Junior Lecturer was appointed to the post on inter-departmental transfer, and on the date of her appointment she was holding the Scale of pay of Rs. 18030 – 43630 and therefore they have requested to assign the scale of pay of Rs. 18030 – 43630 to the post of System Administrator, in A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi and issue necessary orders to that effect. 3. The request of the General Administration (GH.I) Department has been examined in this department and it was felt that the scale of pay of a post cannot be changed for the advantage or disadvantage of a particular individual. However, as the individual is drawing a higher scale of pay on the date of her appointment, it would be just to allow the individual to draw her pay and allowances in the same scale as personal to her. 4. Accordingly in partial modification of the G.O. first read above, Government, hereby accord permission to Smt. Sangeetha, System Administrator, A.P. Bhavan, New Delhi to draw her pay and allowances in the scale of pay of Rs. 18030 – 43630 as a special case. The above mentioned scale shall be treated as personal to her. 5.
