Read the following:-
1. G.O.Ms.No.130, Finance (SMPC) Department, dated. 28.04.2009.
2. Higher Education Dept., U.O.No. 223/UE.II/2011, dt.24.02.2012.

ORDER:
In the reference first read above, among other things, Government has
sanctioned one temporary post of Special Officer in the scale of pay of
Rs.15,500 - 30,000/- to monitor the functioning of 21st Century Gurukulams
and Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technology.
2. The Higher Education Department in the reference second read above
has stated that the APSCHE is in need of a Finance Officer in the rank of Joint
Director as in the case of other universities and requested for re-designation of
the post of Special Officer sanctioned in the reference first read above as
Finance Officer in the rank of Joint Director.
3. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby
re-designate the post of Special Officer in the A.P. State Council of Higher
Education, Hyderabad, sanctioned vide G.O. first read above, as Finance
Officer, A.P. State Council of Higher Education, in the scale of
Rs.27000-51760/-. The Council can take Finance Officer on deputation basis.
4. The Higher Education Department shall take necessary further action in
the matter accordingly.
