From the D.C.E., A.P., Hyd., Lr.Rc.No.91/Admn.II-1/2011, dated 19-11-2011 -oOo- O R D E R:- Sri K.Nageswara Rao, authorized person of Bhagawan Sri Satyasai Baba College, Tadikonda, Guntur District, in his representation 1st read above while explain the circumstances of the case for change of Management of the College from Bhagwan Sri Satyasai Baba College Committee, Tadikonda, Guntur District to his Holiness Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamygal Golden Jubilee Charitable Trust, Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu State and requested the Government to issue necessary orders in the matter. 2. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education, in his letters 2nd and 3rd read above while submitted the proposals including Consent letters of both the managements and also resolutions of the Committees in this regard and he has therefore, requested the Government to take a decision on the take over of the management of Bhagwan Sri Satyasai Baba College Committee, Tadikonda, Guntur District by his Holiness Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamygal Golden Jubilee Charitable Trust, Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu and issue appropriate orders in the matter. 3. After careful examination of the entire issue and also as per rules in force, the Government hereby accord permission for transfer of the Management of Bhagwan Sri Satyasai Baba College Committee, Tadikonda, Guntur District to his Holiness Sri Jayendra Saraswathi Swamygal Golden Jubilee Charitable Trust, Kanchipuram, Tamilnadu State as per sub-rule (4) of rule 14 of the A.P. Educational Institutions (Establishment, Recognition, Administration and Control of Institutions of Higher Education) Rules, 1987, issued in G.O.Ms.No.29 Education, dated 5-2-1987 read with G.O.Ms.No.35 Education, dated 25-4-2007 and G.O.Ms.No.211 Education, dated 8-11-2007 on the terms and conditions stipulated by the Government from time to time and as per the provisions of the A.P. Education Act, 1982 4. The Commissioner of Collegiate Education, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad shall take further action in the matter accordingly. P.T.O::2:: 5.
