After careful examination of the proposal, Government hereby accord permission for filling up of two (2) D.E.Os and three (3) Maistry Grade-II on outsourcing basis subject to following the relevant guidelines on outsourcing as issued by Finance Dept. from time to time, at a remuneration of Rs. 9,500/- per month in respect of D.E.Os and Rs. 8,400/- per month in respect of Maistry, Gr.II i.e. not exceeding the minimum of the time scale of Rs. 8440-24950/- 3. The Director of Ports, Kakinada shall take necessary action accordingly, and send necessary proposals for allotment funds to meet the said expenditure. 4. This order issues with the concurrence of Fin. (SMPC) Department, vide their U.O.No.7771/174//A1/SMPC.II/ 12, dt/ 26-3-2012.
