ORDER:
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Ports, Kakinada in the
reference read above, Government hereby accord Administrative Sanction to meet
the expenditure to an extent of Rs.9,75,000/- (Rupees Nine lakhs seventy five
thousand only) for engaging private security personnel to safeguard the
Inventory/Materials of M/s. East Coast Boat Builders Engineering Limited, during the
year 2012-13.
2. The amount sanctioned above, shall be debited to the head of account “ 5051
Capital outlay on Ports & Light Houses; 02 Minor Ports; M.H. 101 Kakinada Port Port;
GH 11 Normal State Plan; S.H.(04) Development of Kakinada Port; 280 Professional
Services; 284 Other Payments”
3. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance (Exp.PW) Department, vide
their U.O. No.6999/282/A2/Exp.PW/12, Dated:22-03-2012.
