The Estimates in the Budget for the year 2012-13 as presented to the Legislature on 17th February 2012 will now be treated as final. 2. A copy of the Andhra Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2012 is forwarded herewith for the information of the Departments. 3. All the Heads of Departments/Chief Controlling Officers/ Estimating Officers are authorized to incur expenditure both under Plan and Non-Plan on quarterly basis with reference to the provisions made in the Budget 2012-13 by following procedure laid down in the references read above.
