New Delhi, the 19th August, 2019
No. U-23013/14/2006-LW.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Contract Labour
(Regulation and Abolition) Act, 1970, the Central Advisory Contract Labour Board hereby directs that the following
amendments shall be made in the Resolution of the Government of India, Ministry of Labour & Employment published
in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary part-I Section-I dated 14th October 2015 and subsequent Resolution dated 6th July
2016 namely:-
(A) In the said Resolution for serial number (1) in para 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be
substituted namely thereto:-
