2. जिजनमावता को जनम्नजलजखत जनर्ंधनों और ितों का पालन करना होगा:-
(i) जिजनमावता यह सुजनजित करेगा कक नैनो उिवरकों की कोई भी र्लपूिवक जिक्रय न हो, अथावत उन्द्ह ें अन्द्य उिवरकों या
ककसी भी अन्द्य प्रकार के कृजि इनपुट के साथ िोड़कर न जिक्रय ककया िाए;
(ii) जिजनमावता नैनो उिवरक के कंटेनर के लेर्ल पर, या नैनो उिवरक के कंटेनर के साथ पैक ककए िाने िाले एक अलग
पचे पर, ननै ो उिवरक की फसल-िार खुराक, फसल की िह अिस्ट्था िर् नैनो उिवरक का उपयोग ककया िाना ह,ै और ननै ो
उिवरक के उपयोग की जिजध को मुकरत करेगा;
(iii) जिजनमावता जिजभन्न कृजि जिज्ञान केंरों पर ककसानों के जलए ननै ो उिवरक के उपयोग स े होने िाले लाभों के प्रदिवन
सुजनजित करेगा।

S. O. 2106(E). – In pursuance of clause 20 D of the Fertiliser ( Inorganic, Organic or Mixed ) (Control)
Order,1985, the Central Government hereby notifies the following Nano fertilisers with their specifications specified
in column (3) of the Table below, to be manufactured by the company mentioned in column (4) of the said Table, for a
period of one year from the date of publication of this Order in the Official Gazette ,namely:-

i. The manufacturer shall ensure that there shall be no forced sale of Nano fertilisers by tagging with
other fertilizers or any other kind of Agri inputs;
ii. The manufacturer shall print on the label of the container of nano fertilizer or on a separate leaflet to
be packed with container of Nano fertilizer, the crop wise dose of Nano fertilizer, crop stage at which
the nano fertilizer is to be applied and method of application of Nano fertilizer;
iii. The manufacturer shall ensure demonstrations to farmers at various Krishi Vigyan Kendras on
advantage in using of Nano fertilizer.
