In the said notification, for serial number (5) and entries relating thereto, the serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- “(5). Shri Pramod Kumar Rai, Member.” Company Secretary and Compliance officer, Nestle India Ltd. 3. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette. [F.
