the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Yogendra Kumar Gupta to be member of Institute Body of All India
Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalyani in place of Dr. Smita D. Mahale and for that purpose makes the following
amendment in the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-
28016/65/2017-PMSSY-IV dated the 15th July, 2019 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section
(ii) vide S.O. 2758(E) dated the 01st August, 2019:
In the said Notification, against serial number 8 and the entry relating thereto, the following to be substituted,
namely:-

The term of Dr. Yogendra Kumar Gupta as member of the Institute Body of AIIMS Kalyani shall be
governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956..
