NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th January, 2025
S.O. 295(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4(g) of the All India Institute of Medical
Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act,
2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby notifies Shri Pradip Kumar Varma, elected by the
Members of Rajya Sabha to serve as Member of the Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences,
Deoghar.
The term of office of members shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All
India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
