S.O. 2781(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4(d) of the All India Institute of Medical
Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012
(37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates the following as member of the Institute Body of All India
Institute of Medical Sciences, Nagpur :
“4. Additional Secretary & Financial Advisor, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India
- Representative of Ministry of Finance
5. Director, Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay - Representative of Ministry of Education”
The terms of office of member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India
Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
