New Delhi, the 8th July, 2025
G.S.R. 456(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 22A of the Chartered
Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949), section 22A of the Cost Accountants Act, 1959 (23 of 1959) and section 22A of
the Company Secretaries Act, 1980 (56 of 1980), the Central Government hereby makes the following further
amendments in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, published in the Gazette of
India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (i), vide number G.S.R. 835(E), dated the 3rd November, 2015,
namely:-
1. In the said notification, -
(a) for serial numbers (4) and (5) and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: -
