New Delhi, the 25th September, 2024
S.O. 4214 (E).—In exercise of powers conferred by Clause (g) of Section 4 of All India
Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), the Central Government hereby notifies Shri
Surendra Singh Nagar, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha), duly elected by the Rajya Sabha, to
serve as a Member of the Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi.
The term of office of Member shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section (6) of
the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.
