The portal is being developed in phases. In the latest phase, module jor issue of export NOCs by the zonal offices has been launched and all the exporters are requested to avail this facility which is intended to further reduce transaction time and thereby the transaction cost. The manufacturers, who have not registered , first need to register on SUGAM to avail this facility. The process for registration is provided on the homepage of SUGAM.
