New Delhi, the 19th July, 2017
S.O. 2254(E).—Notice under Section 11-A of the Delhi Development Act, 1957 (No. 61 of 1957). Notice is
hereby given that:
a. Under the provision of MPD-2001, the draft Zonal Development Plan of Zone ‘D’ (Excluding Lutyens’
Bungalow Zone (LBZ) (New Delhi in the National Capital Territory of Delhi) has been prepared.
b. A copy of the report and land use plan of the draft Zonal Development Plan of Zone-D Excluding
Lutyens’ Bungalow Zone (LBZ) is available for inspection in Master Plan Section, DDA on 6th
Floor, Vikas Minar I.P.Estate, New Delhi on all working days for the period mentioned in para 3
herein-after. The information is also available on DDA website www.dda.org.in for reference of the
public during the above referred period.
2. Objection and suggestions are hereby invited with respect to this draft Zonal Development plan.
3. The objection or suggestion may be sent in writing to the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Delhi Development
Authority, ‘B’ Block, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi - 110023 within a period of 45 days from the date of issue of this
notice.
4. The persons who filed objection/suggestion earlier in response to public notice dated 15.03.2017 are also
required to submit their objections/suggestions again.
5. Any person making the objection or suggestion should also give his/her name, address and telephone/contact
number (s) which should be readable.
