(1) ये राष्ट्रीय आयुर्ववज्ञान आयोग (अजधकाररयों और कममचारीवृंद की जनयुजि) भती (संिोधन) जनयम, 2023 ह।ैं (2) वे सरकारी राजपत्र म ें उनके प्रकािन की तारीख स े प्रवृतत् होंगे। 2. राष्ट्रीय आयुर्ववज्ञान आयोग (अजधकाररयों और कममचारीवृंद की जनयुजि) भती जनयम, 2021 म,ें अनुसूची म ें सदस्ट्य (परीक्षा प्रकोष्ठ) के पद से संबंजधत क्रम संख्या 1 और कॉलम (1) स े (13) म ें उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के जलए, जनम्नजलजखत को प्रजतस्ट्थाजपत दकया जाएगा, अथामत:् – 6400 GI/2023 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(i)] (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) 2* (2023) सामान्य केंद्रीय वेतन मैररक्स * कायमभार के सदस्ट्य (परीक्षा सेवा, समूह 'क', (1,44,200- "1. आधार पर लागू नहीं लागू नहीं लागू नहीं प्रकोष्ठ) के समकक्ष 2,18,200 रुपये) में जभन्नता के अननुसजचवीय। लेवल 14 । अधीन. (8) (9) (10) (11) लागू नहीं लागू नहीं प्रजतजनयुजि या प्रजतजनयुजि द्वारा: केंद्र सरकार या राज्य सरकारों या संघ राजय् क्षेत्र प्रिासनों अल्पकाजलक या सिस्त्र बल जचदकत्सा सेवाओं या स्ट्वायत्त या सांजवजधक संगिनों या संजवदा के आधार सावमजजनक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों या जवश्वजवद्यालयों या मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान पर। संस्ट्थानों के ऐसे अजधकारी: (i) जो मूल संवगम या जवभागों म ें जनयजमत आधार पर अनुरूप पद पर हों; या (ii) वतममान संवगम या जवभाग में वेतन मैररक्स (1,23,100 - 2,15,900 रुपये) या समकक्ष में लेवल 13 म ें जनयजमत आधार पर पद पर जनयुजि के बाद पांच साल की सेवा पूरी की हो; और (iii) दकसी मान्यता प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से आयुर्ववज्ञान स्नातक और िल्य- जचदकत्सा सन् ातक में जडग्री के साथ आयुर्ववज्ञान स्नातकोतत् र में जडग्री हो; (iv) मेजडकल कॉलेजों में अधय् ापन और परीक्षा आयोजजत करने में न्यूनतम दस वर्म का अनुभव हो; (v) न्यूनतम पांच वर्ों के जलए प्रोफेसर होना चाजहए। रिप्पणी 1: केंद्र सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगिन या जवभाग में इस जनयुजि से िीक पहले धाररत दकसी अन्य संवगम-वाहृय पद में प्रजतजनयजु ि की अवजध सजहत प्रजतजनयजु ि की अवजध समान्यत: तीन साल स ेअजधक नहीं होगी। रिप्पणी 2: प्रजतजनयजु ि पर जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु-सीमा अट्ठावन वर्म से अजधक नहीं होगी और अल्पकाजलक संजवदा के आधार पर जनयुजि के जलए आवेदन प्राप्त होने की अंजतम जतजथ को सढ़सि वर्म से अजधक नहीं होगी। रिप्पणी 3: कॉलम 12 के अनुसार चयन सजमजत, सुयोगय् मामलों में दकसी ितम को जिजथल करने के जलए सक्षम होगी। (12) (13) चयन सजमजत म ेंजनम्नजलजखत िाजमल ह:ैं- लागू नहीं (i) अध्यक्ष, राष्ट्रीय आयुर्ववज्ञान आयोग - अध्यक्ष; (ii) महाजनदिे क, भारतीय आयुर्ववज्ञान अनुसंधान पररर्द - सदस्ट्य, पदने; (iii) जनदिे क, अजखल भारतीय आयुर्ववज्ञान संस्ट्थान, ददल्ली - सदस्ट्य, पदने; (iv) जनदिे क, स्नातकोत्तर आयुर्ववज्ञान जिक्षा एव ंअनुसंधान संस्ट्थान, चंडीगढ़ - सदस्ट्य, पदने; (v) सजचव, राष्ट्रीय आयुर्ववज्ञान आयोग - सदस्ट्य सजचव।[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का राजपत्र : असाधारण 3 सामान्य केंद्रीय वेतन मैररक्स सदस्ट्य II 1*(2023) * कायमभार सेवा, समूह ‘क’ (1,44,200- 1क. G.S.R. 730(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (5) and (6) of section 8 read with section 56 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules to amend the Na tional Medical Commission (appointment of Officers and Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2021, namely:- 1. (1) There rules may be called the National Medical Commission (appointment of Officers and Staff) Recruitment (Amendment) Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the National Medical Commission (appointment of Officers and Staff) Recruitment Rules, 2021 in the Schedule, for serial number 1 relating to the post of Member (Examination Cell) and the entries relating thereto in columns (1) to (13), the following shall be substituted, namely:- (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) (7) 2* (2023) General Central Level 14 in Service, Member *Subject to equivalent to the pay Not Not Not ―1. Forces Medical Services or autonomous or statutory organisations or Public Sector Undertakings or Universities or recognized research institutions: (i) holding analogous post on regular basis in the parent cadre or departments; or (ii) with five years service rendered after appointment to the post on a regular basis in Level 13 in the pay matrix (Rs 1,23,100 - 2,15,900) or equivalent in the present cadre or department; and (iii) possessing Degree in Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery from a recognised University with a post graduate medical degree; (iv) having at least ten years of experience in teaching and conducting exams in medical colleges; (v) should have been a professor for at least five years. Note 1: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Note 2: The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation shall be not exceeding fifty-eight years and for appointment on short term contract basis shall be not exceeding sixty-seven years as on the closing date of receipt of applications. (v) experience of conducting examinations. Desirable: Specialisation in Information Technology or Human Resource Management. Note 1: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or Department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. Note 2: The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation and for appointment on short term contract basis shall be not exceeding fifty-eight years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
