NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th March, 2026
S.O. 1446(E).—(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of the section 1 of the National
Dental Commission Act, 2023 (21 of 2023) the Central Government hereby notifies that the provisions of sections 1 to
3, 7, 9,12 to 16, 18, 20 to 39, 42 to 52, 54 to 57, sub-section 1 to 4 and 6 of section 58 and section 59 of the National
Dental Commission Act, 2023 (21 of 2023) shall come into force with effect from the 19th day of March, 2026.
