Andhra Pradesh Dr. K. Babji” ; (ii) for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “4. Bihar Prof. Sharad Kumar Yadav”; (iii) for serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:— “8.
