S.O. 2456(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 53 of the Code on Wages, 2019 (29 of 2019),
the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below for the purpose of
holding enquiry and to impose the penalty as he may think fit, in relation to the establishment for which Central
Government is the appropriate government, in the area specified against them in column (3) thereof, namely:–
