India, in the Ministry of Labour and Employment number S.O. No. 192(E) dated 06.3.1990, 1775(E) dated 17.10.2006, 2571 (E) dated 30.9.2014 and 3731(E) dated 17.10.2019, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below to be the Inspector-cum- Facilitators to exercise the powers conferred on them under sub-section (6) of section 51 of the said Code, in respect of the establishments in relation to which the Central Government is the appropriate Government, situated in the area specified against them in column (3) thereof, namely:- TABLE Sl.
