II आधार पर अरािपजत्रत, दकए गए अनुिेिों या आिेिों के पट्ररवतान दकया िा अनुसार सरकारी सेवकों के जलए 40 अननुसजचवीय सकता ह)ै वषा तक जिजर्ल की िा सकती ह ै ट्रटप्पण 2 : आयु सीमा अवधाट्ररत करने के जलए जनणाायक तारीख वह होगी िो कमाचारी चयन आयोग द्वारा जवज्ञाजपत की िाए। सीधी भती दकए िान ेवाल ेव्यजियों सीधी भती दकए िान े वाले व्यजियों के जलए पट्ररवीक्षा की अवजध, यदि कोई हो। के जलए अपजे क्षत िजै क्षक और अन्य जवजहत आयु और िजै क्षक अहताएा ं प्रोन्नत व्यजियों अहताएा ं की ििा म ेंलाग ूहोंगी या नहीं। (7) (8) (9) आवश्यक अहतााएं : दकसी मान्यता लागू नहीं होता। िो वषा। प्राप्त जवश्वजवद्यालय से उद्यान या ट्रटप्पण: सीधी भती दकए िाने वाले कृजष में स्नातक जडग्री व्यजियों के जलए िो वषा की अवजध में िो सप्ताह का अजनवाया प्रवेि प्रजिक्षण को सफलतापूवाक पूरा दकया िाना भी सजममजलत ह।ै[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 भती सीधे होगी या प्रोन्नजत द्वारा या प्रजतजनयजु ि/आमेलन प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयजु ि या आमले न द्वारा भती की ििा में व ेश्रजे णया ं द्वारा तर्ा जवजभन्न पद्धजतयों द्वारा भरी िाने वाली ट्ररजियों जिनसे प्रोन्नजत या प्रजतजनयजु ि या आमले न दकया िाना ह।ै की प्रजतितता (10) (11) फोरमैन (उद्यान) की प्रोजन्नत द्वारा जिसके न हो सकने पर प्रोन्नजत : सीधी भती द्वारा स्ट्तर – 2 (19900-63200 रु.) में ऐसे फोरमैन (उद्यान) जिन्होंने उस ट्रटप्पण : पिधारी के प्रजतजनयुजि या लमबी बीमारी या श्रेणी में आठ वषा की सेवा की हो उद्यान सहायक ग्रेड II के रूप में प्रोन्नत अध्ययन छुट्टी या दकन्हीं अन्य पट्ररजस्ट्र्जतयों में एक वषा या कर दिया िाएगा और एक बार िब सभी की प्रोन्नजत हो िाएगी तब इससे अजधक अवजध के जलए बाहर रहने के कारण हुई फोरमैन (उद्यान) का पि समाप्त माना िाएगा। ट्ररजियां, केंरीय सरकार के ऐसे अजधकाट्ररयों में से ट्रटप्पण : िहां ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में, जिन्होंने अपनी प्रजतजनयुजि के आधार पर भरी िा सकेंगी :- अहका /पात्रता सेवा कर ली ह,ै प्रोन्नजत के जलए जवचार दकया िा रहा हो, (क) िो मूल काडर या जवभाग में जनयजमत आधार पर वहां उनके ज्येष्ठ व्यजियों के संबंध में भी जवचार दकया िाएगा परंतु यह सििृ पि धारण दकए हुए ह;ै और तब िबदक उसके द्वारा की गई ऐसी अहका /पात्रता सेवा, अपेजक्षत (ख) िो स्ट्तंभ (7) के अधीन सीधी भती दकए िाने अहका /पात्रता सेवा के आध े से अजधक से या िो वषा से, इनमें से िो भी वाल े व्यजियों के जलए जवजहत िैजक्षक अहता ाए ं कम हो, कम न हो और उन्होंने अपने ऐसे कजनष्ठ व्यजियों सजहत, रखता हो। जिन्होंने ऐसी अहका /पात्रता सेवा पहले ही पूरी कर ली ह,ै अगली उच्चतर श्रेणी में प्रोन्नजत के जलए अपनी पट्ररवीक्षा की अवजध सफलतापूवाक पूरी ट्रटप्पण : 1 प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध, जिसके अंतगात केंरीय सरकार के उसी या दकसी अन्य संगठन या जवभाग में इस कर ली है। जनयुजि से ठीक पहले धाट्ररत दकसी अन्य काडर बाह्य पि पर प्रजतजनयुजि की अवजध ह,ै व साधारणतया तीन वष ा से अजधक नहीं होगी। ट्रटप्पण : 2 प्रजतजनयुजि पर जनयुजि के जलए अजधकतम आयु सीमा, आवेिनों की प्राजप्त की अंजतम तारीख को छप्पन (56) वषा से अजधक नहीं होगी। यदि जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत है, तो उसकी संरचना भती करने में दकन पट्ररजस्ट्र्जतयों म ें सघं लोक सवे ा आयोग स े परामि ा दकया िाएगा (12) (13) समहू ‘ग’ जवभागीय प्रोन्नजत सजमजत (प्रोन्नजत पर जवचार करने के जलए) जनम्नजलजखत स ेजमलकर संघ लोक सेवा आयोग से परामिा बनेगी : आवश्यक नहीं है। अपर महाजनिेिक (प्रिासन), भारतीय पुरातत् व सवेक्षण - अध्यक्ष; 2. जनिेिक (उद्यान) : सिस्ट्य; और 3. जनिेिक (प्रिासन) या उप जनिेिक (प्रिासन) भारतीय पुरातत्व सवेक्षण : सिस्ट्य । [फा. सं. िे-11012/7/2022-योिना] एम. िेना, जनििे क (प्रिासन) MINISTRY OF CULTURE (Archaeological Survey of India) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 22nd May, 2023 G.S.R. 387(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution and in supersession of the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Foreman (Horticulture), Horticulture Assistant Grade II and Horticulture Assistant Grade I (Group ‘C’ posts), Recruitment Rules, 2018 in so far as it relates to the posts of Horticulture Assistant Grade II and Horticulture Assistant Grade I, except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to the posts of Horticulture Assistant Grade II and Horticulture Assistant Grade I in the Archaeological Survey of India, Ministry of Culture, namely:- 1. Short title and Commencement.- (1)These rules may be called the Ministry of Culture, Archaeological Survey of India, Horticulture Assistant Grade II and Horticulture Assistant Grade I (Group ‘C’ Posts) Recruitment Rules, 2023. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publications in the Official Gazette. 2. Application: These rules shall apply to the post specified in column (1) of the schedule to these rules. 3. Number of post, classification and level in the pay matrix.- The number of posts, their classification and level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules. 4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification etc.- The method of recruitment, age-limit, qualification and other matters relating thereto, shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the aforesaid Schedule. 5. Disqualification.- No person,- (a) who, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living, or (b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,[भाग II—खण् ड 3(i)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 5 shall be eligible for appointment to the said post: Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other ground for doing so, exempt any person from the operation to this rule. 6. Power to relax.- Where the Central Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may , by order, and for reasons to be recorded in writing, relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons. 7. Saving.- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservation, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Schedule Tribes, Other Backward Classes, ex- Servicemen and other special categories of persons in accordance with the order issued by the Central Government from time to time in this regard.
