S.O. 1406(E).— In pursuance of provisions under clause (b) of sub-section (4) of Section 4, of the National
Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), in the notification of the Government of India, the Ministry of Health
and Family Welfare number S.O. 10(E) dated 02nd January, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), under paragraph (1), in the table, the entry against serial number 1 shall be
substituted:
