New Delhi, the 17th September, 2025
S.O. 4359(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 16 read with section 18 of
the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. M K Ramesh
as President of the Medical Assessment and Rating Board for a period of four years from the date of assumption of
charge or till attaining the age of seventy years or until further orders, whichever is earlier and for the said purpose,
hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health
and Family Welfare, S.O. 3261 (E), dated 24th September, 2020, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary,
Part-II, Section 3, sub-section (ii), namely:-
In the said notification, in paragraph 4, in the table, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following
serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: -
