S.O. 1164(E).—In pursuance of the provisions of clause (b) of rule 21 of the Drugs Rules, 1945, the Central
Government hereby appoints Dr. Rajeev Singh Raghuvanshi, Drugs Controller (India) in the Central Drugs Standard
Control Organisation, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, to be the licensing authority for a period of one year
w.e.f. 01.03.2026 or till the appointment of regular incumbent to the post, or until further orders, whichever is the
earliest.
