S.O. 2513(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 34 of the Occupational
Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers
mentioned in column (2) of the table to be as the Inspector-cum-facilitator for the purpose of the Code within the local
limits of their jurisdiction as specified in column (3) of the Table below:-
