S.O. 3985(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 42 of the Code on Wages,
2019 (29 of 2019), and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and
Employment published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), vide number S.O.
527(E) dated the 29th January, 2019, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession,
