S.O. 2284(E) — In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Child and Adolescent Labour
(Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 (61 of 1986) read with rule 3 of the Child and Adolescent Labour (Prohibition
and Regulation) Rules 1988, the Central Government hereby constitutes an advisory committee to be called the
Technical Advisory Committee consisting of the following members, namely:-
1. Director General, Directorate General Factory Advice Service
and Labour Institutes, Mumbai -Chairperson;
2. Director General , Directorate General of Mines Safety, Dhanbad -Member;
3. Director General, Directorate General of Health Services,
Government of India, New Delhi -Member;
