Dr. Jatinder Singh Assistant Secretary General PHDCCI 4/2 Sri Institutional Area, August Kranti Marg New Delhi -110016. 27. Shri Pramod Kumar Singhania President Indian Council of Small Industries Goragacha Road, Sukdhevpur, Ward No. 15 (Near Sitala Mandir), P.O Gonipur, Kolkata-700141. 28.
