NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th May, 2026
S.O. 2486(E).—In exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (1) of section 111 of the Occupational Safety,
Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officer mentioned
in column (2) of the table below to be the officer to impose penalty under the provision of the said Code, in case of dock
work, within the local limits of the jurisdiction specified in column (3) of the Table below:-
