Secretary (Health), Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be the Appropriate Authority for the National Capital Territory of Delhi. 3. For the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir - (a) the following shall be the Appropriate Authority for Kashmir Division, namely:- (i) Director Health Services, Kashmir - Convenor; (ii) Professor and Head, Department of Medicine, Government Medical College, Srinagar - Member; and (iii) Professor and Head, Department of Surgery, Government Medical College, Srinagar - Member. (b) the following shall be the Appropriate Authority for Jammu Division, namely:- (i) Director Health Services, Jammu - Convenor; (ii) Professor and Head, Department of Medicine, Government Medical College, Jammu - Member; and (iii) Professor and Head, Department of Surgery, Government Medical College, Jammu - Member. 4.
