सारणी क्र.सं. अजधकारी अजधकाररता (1) (2) (3) 1. सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय), मुख्यालय, मुख्य श्रम संपूणि भारत आयुि (केंरीय) कायािलय, नई दिल्ली 2. अिमिाबाि क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) गुिरात राज्य और िािरा एिं नागर ििले ी और िमण एिं िीि संघ राज्यक्षेत्र। 3410 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] 3. अिमेर क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) रािस्ट्थान राज्य 4. आसनसोल क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) पजिम बंगाल राज्य में बििि ान, बीरभूम, बांकुरा और परुु जलया के जसजिल जिले, और उपयुिि जिलों से बना कोई भी नया जिला। 5. बेंगलरुु क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) कनािटक राज्य। 6. भुिनेश्वर क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) ओजडिा राज्य। 7. चंडीगढ़ क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) जिमाचल प्रिेि, पंिाब, िररयाणा राज्य और िम्मू कश्मीर, लद्दाख और चंडीगढ़ संघ राज्यक्षेत्र। 8. चेन्नई क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) तजमलनाडु राज्य और पुडुचरे ी संघ राज्यक्षेत्र (यानम और माि ेजिलों के जसिाय)। 9. कोचीन क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) केरल राज्य और लक्षद्वीप संघ राज्यक्षेत्र और पुडुचेरी सघं राज्यक्षेत्र में माि ेजिला। 10. िेिरािनू क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) उत्तराखंड राज्य और उत्तर प्रिेि राज्य म ें सिारनपुर, जबिनौर, मेरठ, गाजियाबाि, बुलंिििर, बरेली, मुिफ्फरनगर, मरु ािाबाि, ज्योजतबा फुले नगर (अमरोिा), पीलीभीत, िािििांपुर, बिांयू, रामपरु , बागपत, िापडु , िामली और गौतमबुद्ध नगर के जसजिल जिल े और उपयुिि जिलों म ें से बना कोई भी नया जिला। 11. धनबाि क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) झारखंड राज्य के जनम्नजलजखत जिले- धनबाि, बोकारो, ििारीबाग, कोडरमा, रांची, लोिरिगा, गुमला, जसमडेगा, चतरा, पूिी ससंिभूम, पजिमी ससंिभूम, जगररडीि, िेिगढ़, सरायकेला (खरसािां) और िामताडा, खूंटी और रामगढ़, और उपयिुि जिलों स े बना कोई भी नया जिला। 12. गुिािाटी क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) असम, नागालडैं , मघे ालय, जत्रपुरा, मजणपरु , जमिोरम और अरुणाचल प्रिेि राज्य। 13. ििै राबाि क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) आंध्र प्रििे और तेलगं ाना राज्य और पुडुचरे ी संघ राज्यक्षेत्र म ेंयानम का क्षेत्र। 14. िबलपुर क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) मध्य प्रििे राज्य। 15. कानपुर क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) उत्तर प्रििे राज्य [सिारनपरु , जबिनोर, मरे ठ, गाजियाबाि, बुलंिििर, बरेली, मुिफ्फरनगर, बिायूूँ, मरु ािाबाि, ज्योजतबा फुल े नगर (अमरोिा), पीलीभीत, िािििाूँपुर, रामपुर, बागपत, िापुड, िामली और गौतम बुद्ध नगर के जसजिल जिलों और उपयिुि जिलों स े बन े दकसी भी नए जिले के जसिाय]। 16. कोलकाता क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) पजिम बंगाल राज्य (पजिम बंगाल राज्य म ें बिििान, बीरभूम, बांकुरा और पुरुजलया के[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 जसजिल जिलों और उपयुिि जिले स े बने नए जिले के जसिाय), जसदिम राज्य और अडं मान और जनकोबार द्वीप समूि का संघ राज्यक्षेत्र। 17. मुंबई क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) मिाराष्ट्र राज्य (नागपरु , भंडारा, अकोला, बीड, अमरािती, िधाि, बुलधाणा, िलगांि, चंरपुर, नांिेड, गढ़जचरौली, परभनई, लातरू , येओतमल, उस्ट्मानाबाि, सिगं ोली, गोंदिया और िाजिम के जसजिल जिलों और उपयुिि जिलों स े बने दकसी भी नए जिले के जसिाय) और गोिा राज्य। 18. नागपुर क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) मिाराष्ट्र राज्य में नागपरु , भंडारा, अकोला, अमरािती, िधाि बुलधाणा, िलगांि, चंरपरु , बीड, नांिेड, गढ़जचरौली, परभणी, लातूर, येओतमल, उस्ट्मानाबाि, गोंदिया, िाजिम और सिगं ोली के जसजिल जिलों, और उपयुिि जिलों से बना कोई भी नया जिला। 19. दिल्ली क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय रािधानी राज्य क्षेत्र। 20. पटना क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) जबिार राज्य और झारखंड राज्य में गढ़िा, लातेिार, साजिबगंि, पाकुड, िमु का, पलाम ू और गोड्डा के जसजिल जिलों, और उपयिुि जिलों से बना कोई भी नया जिला 21 रायपुर क्षेत्र के सभी क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य। [फा. स ंआर-13011/05/2026-एसएस-II] आिुतोष ए. टी. पेडणेकर, संयिु सजचि MINISTRY OF LABOUR AND EMPLOYMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026 S.O. 2445(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under sub-section (68) of section 2 read with section 129 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the following Table to be the Recovery Officers for the purposes of recovering the amount which is in arrear relating to Chapter V and Chapter VI of the said Code for the area of jurisdiction specified against them in column (3) of the said Table in relation to all establishments for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 2 of the said Code, namely:- TABLE Sl.
