का.आ. 2447(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार, सामाजिक सुरक्षा (केंरीय) जनयम, 2026 के जनयम 54 के उपजनयम (1) के
साथ पठित सामाजिक सुरक्षा संजिता, 2020 (2020 का 36) की धारा 138 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग
करते हुए, नीचे िी गई सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (2) में उजल्लजखत अजधकाठरयों को उि संजिता की धारा 2 की उप-धारा (3) के खंड
(क) के अधीन उन सभी स्ट्थापनों के संबंध में, जिनके जलए केन्द्रीय सरकार समुजचत सरकार ि,ै उि सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (3) म ें
उनके समक्ष जिजनर्ििष्ट अजधकाठरता क्षेत्र के जलए उि संजिता के अध्याय 5 और अध्याय 6 से संबंजधत अपराधों के िमन के
प्रयोिन िते ु अजधकारी जनयिु करती ि,ै अथाित,्

5. बेंगलरुु क्षेत्र के सभी उप मख्ु य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) कनािटक राज्य।
6. भुिनेश्वर क्षेत्र के सभी उप मख्ु य श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) ओजडिा राज्य।
7. चंडीगढ़ क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) जिमाचल प्रिेि, पंिाब, िठरयाणा राज्य तथा
िम्मू-कश्मीर, लद्दाख और चंडीगढ़ संघ
राज्यक्षेत्र।
8. चेन्नई क्षेत्र के सभी उप मख्ु य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) तजमलनाडु राज्य तथा पुडुचरे ी संघ राज्यक्षेत्र
(यानम और माि ेके जसिाय)।
9. कोचीन क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) केरल राज्य तथा लक्षद्वीप संघ राज्यक्षेत्र और
पुडुचेरी सघं राज्यक्षेत्र में माि ेजिला।
10. िेिरािनू क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) उत्तराखंड राज्य और उत्तर प्रिेि राज्य के
सिारनपुर, जबिनौर, मरे ि, गाजियाबाि,
बुलन्द्िििर, बरेली, मुिफ्फरनगर,
मुरािाबाि, ज्योजतबा फुल े नगर (अमरोिा),
पीलीभीत, िािििांपुर, बिायूूँ, रामपरु ,
बागपत, िापडु , िामली और गौतमबुद्धनगर
के जसजिल जिले तथा उपयुिि जिलों से बना
कोई भी नया जिला।
11. धनबाि क्षेत्र के सभी उप मख्ु य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) झारखंड राज्य के जनम्नजलजखत जिले- धनबाि,
बोकारो, ििारीबाग, कोडरमा, रांची,
लोिरिगा, गुमला, जसमडगे ा, चतरा, पूिी
ससंिभूम, पजिमी ससंिभूम, जगठरडीि, िेिगढ़,
सरायकेला (खरसािां) और िामताडा, खूंटी
और रामगढ़, और उपयुिि जिलों से बना कोई
भी नया जिला।
12. गुिािाटी क्षेत्र के सभी उप मख्ु य श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) असम, नागालैंड, मघे ालय, जत्रपुरा, मजणपरु ,
जमिोरम और अरुणाचल प्रिेि राज्य।
13. ििै राबाि क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) आंध्र प्रिेि और तले ंगाना राज्य और पुडुचरे ी
संघ राज्यक्षेत्र म ेंयानम जिले का क्षेत्र।
14. िबलपुर क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) मध्य प्रििे राज्य।
15. कानपुर क्षेत्र के सभी मुख्य श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) उत्तर प्रििे राज्य [सिारनपुर, जबिनौर, मेरि,
गाजियाबाि, बुलन्द्िििर, बरेली,
मुिफ्फरनगर, बिायूूँ, मुरािाबाि, ज्योजतबा
फुले नगर (अमरोिा), पीलीभीत,
िािििांपुर, रामपुर, बागपत, िापुड, िामली

जसजिल जिलों और उपयुिि जिलों से बन ेदकसी
भी नए जिल े के जसिाय), जसदिम राज्य और
अंडमान और जनकोबार द्वीप समूि संघ
राज्यक्षेत्र।
17. मुंबई क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) मिाराष्ट्र राज्य (नागपुर, भडं ारा, अकोला,
बीड, अमरािती, िधाि, बुलढाणा, िलगाूँि,
चंरपुर, नांिडे , गढ़जचरौली, परभणी, लातरू ,
यितमाल, उस्ट्मानाबाि, सिगं ोली, गोंदिया
और िाजिम के जसजिल जिलों और उपयिुि
जिलों से बने दकसी भी नए जिले के जसिाय)
और गोिा राज्य।
18. नागपुर क्षेत्र के सभी उप मख्ु य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) मिाराष्ट्र राज्य के नागपरु , भडं ारा, अकोला,
अमरािती, िधाि, बुलढाणा, िलगाूँि, चंरपरु ,
बीड, नांिेड, गढ़जचरौली, परभणी, लातूर,
यितमाल, उस्ट्मानाबाि, गोंदिया, िाजिम
और सिगं ोली के जसजिल जिलों, और उपयिुि
जिलों से बन े दकसी भी नए जिले।
19. दिल्ली क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय रािधानी राज्यक्षेत्र।
20. पटना क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) जबिार राज्य और झारखंड राज्य के गढ़िा,
लातेिार, साजिबगंि, पाकुड, िमु का, पलाम ू
और गोड्डा के जसजिल जिले, और उपयुिि जिलों
से बने दकसी भी नए जिले।
21. रायपुर क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य।

New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026
S.O. 2447(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 138 of the Code on Social
Security, 2020 (36 of 2020) read with sub-rule (1) of rule 54 of the Social Security(Central) Rules, 2026, the Central
Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Table below to be the Officers for the purposes
of compounding offences relating to Chapter V and Chapter VI of the said Code for the area of jurisdiction specified
against them in column (3) of the said Table in relation to all establishments for which the Central Government is the
