(12) के खंड (क) के साथ पठित, नीच े िी गई सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (2) म ें उजल्लजखत अजधकाठरयों को, उि सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (3) में उनके सामने जिजनर्ििष्ट अजधकार क्षेत्र के जलए उन सभी स्ट्थापनों के संबंध में उि संजिता की अपीलों को सुनने और जनपटान करन े के जलए अपीलीय प्राजधकारी जनयुि करती ि,ै जिनके जलए केंरीय सरकार उि संजिता की धारा 2 के उपधारा (3) के खंड (क) के अधीन समुजचत सरकार ि,ै अथाित:- सारणी क्र.स.ं मेघालय, जत्रपुरा, मजणपुर, जमिोरम और अरुणाचल प्रिेि राज्य। 13. ििै राबाि क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) आंध्र प्रिेि और तले गं ाना राज्य और पुडुचेरी सघं राज्यक्षेत्र का यानम क्षेत्र। 14. राज्य और झारखंड राज्य के गढ़िा, लातेिार, साजिबगंि, पाकुड़, िमु का, पलामू और गोड्डा जिले और उपयुिि जिलों से बना कोई भी नया जिला। 21. रायपुर क्षेत्र के सभी उप मुख्य श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) छत्तीसगढ़ राज्य।
