(16) और धारा 58 द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे िी गई सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (2) में उजल्लजखत अजधकाररयों को उि संजिता के अध्याय 5 के प्रयोिनों के जलए, उि सारणी के स्ट्तंभ (3) म ेंउनके सामने जिजनर्ििष्ट अजधकार क्षेत्र के जलए उन सभी स्ट्थापनों के संबंध म ेंसक्षम प्राजधकारी जनयुि करती ि,ै जिनके जलए केंरीय सरकार उि सजं िता की धारा 2 के उप-धारा
(3) के खंड (क) के अधीन समुजचत सरकार ि,ै अथाित:- सरणी क्रम सख्ं या अजधकारी अजधकार क्षत्रे

7. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय), िम्मू और चडं ीगढ़ क्षेत्र के सभी जिमाचल प्रििे , पंिाब, िररयाणा राज्य सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) िम्मू-कश्मीर, लद्दाख और चडं ीगढ़ संघ राज्यक्षेत्र।
8. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय), मिरु ै और चन्ने ई क्षेत्र के सभी तजमलनाडु राज्य और (यानम और माि ेके सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) जसिाय) पुडुचेरी सघं राज्यक्षेत्र।
9. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय), जतरुिनंतपरु म और कोजि क्षेत्र केरल राज्य और संघ राज्यक्षत्रे लक्षद्वीप के सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) और पुडुचरे ी संघ राज्यक्षेत्र म ेंमाि।े
10. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय), नोएडा और िेिरािनू क्षेत्र के उत्तराखंड राज्य और उत्तर प्रििे राज्य म ें सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) सिारनपुर, जबिनौर, मरे ठ, गाजियाबाि, बुलंिििर, बरेली, मुिफ्फरनगर, मुरािाबाि, ज्योजतबा फुले नगर (अमरोिा), पीलीभीत, िािििांपुर, बिायूं, रामपरु , बागपत, िापड़ु , िामली और गौतम बुद्ध नगर जिल े और उपयिुि जिलों से बना कोई नया जिला।
11. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय), राचं ी और धनबाि क्षेत्र के सभी झारखंड राज्य के जनम्नजलजखत ज़िले- सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) धनबाि, बोकारो, ि़िारीबाग, कोडरमा, रांची, लोिरिगा, गुमला, जसमडेगा, चतरा, पूिी ससंिभूम, पजिमी ससंिभूम, जगररडीि, िेिगढ़, सरायकेला (खरसािां) और िामतारा, खूंटी और रामगढ़ और उपयुिि ज़िलों से बना कोई नया ज़िला।
12. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय), जडब्रूगढ़ और गुिािाटी क्षेत्र के असम, नागालैंड, मेघालय, जत्रपुरा, सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) मजणपुर, जमिोरम और अरुणाचल प्रिेि राज्य।
13. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय), जििाखापत्तनम और ििै राबाि आंध्र प्रिेि और तले गं ाना राज्य और क्षेत्र के सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) पुडुचेरी सघं राज्यक्षेत्र में यानम क्षेत्र।
14. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय), भोपाल और िबलपरु क्षेत्र के मध्य प्रििे राज्य। सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय)
15. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयुि (केंरीय), लखनऊ और कानपरु क्षेत्र के उत्तर प्रिेि राज्य [सिारनपरु , जबिनौर, सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) मेरठ, गाजियाबाि, बुलंिििर, बरेली, मुिफ्फरनगर, बिाय,ूं मुरािाबाि, ज्योजतबा फुले नगर (अमरोिा), पीलीभीत, िािििांपुर, रामपरु , बागपत,[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 िापुड़, िामली और गौतमबुद्ध नगर जसजिल जिलों, और उपरोि जिलों से बने दकसी नए जिले के जसिाय]।
16. कोलकाता क्षेत्र के सभी सिायक श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) पजिम बंगाल राज्य (पजिम बंगाल राज्य के बिििान, बीरभूम, बांकुरा और पुरुजलया जसजिल जिलों और उपरोि जिले से बने नए जिले के जसिाय), जसदिम राज्य और अंडमान और जनकोबार द्वीप संघ राज्यक्षेत्र।
17. क्षेत्रीय श्रम आयिु (केंरीय), पणु े और िास्ट्को (गोिा) और मिाराष्ट्र राज्य (नागपरु , भडं ारा, अकोला, मुंबई क्षेत्र के सभी सिायक श्रम आयुि (केंरीय) बीड, अमरािती, िधा,ि बुलढाणा, िलगांि, चरं पुर, नांिड़े , गड्डजचरौली, परभणी, लातूर, यितमाल, उस्ट्मानाबाि, सिगं ोली, गोंदिया और िाजिम के जसजिल जिलों, और उपरोि जिलों से बने दकसी भी नए जिल ेके जसिाय) और गोिा राज्य।
18. नागपुर क्षेत्र के सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) मिाराष्ट्र राज्य के नागपरु , भंडारा, अकोला, अमरािती, िधा ि बुलढाणा, िलगांि, चंरपुर, बीड, नांिड़े , गड्डजचरौली, परभणी, लातूर, यितमाल, उस्ट्मानाबाि, गोंदिया, िाजिम और सिगं ोली जिल,े और उपरोि जिलों से बना कोई भी नया जिला।
19. दिल्ली क्षेत्र के सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) दिल्ली राष्ट्रीय रािधानी राज्य क्षत्रे ।
20. पटना क्षेत्र के सभी सिायक श्रम आयिु (केंरीय) जबिार राज्य और झारखंड राज्य के गढ़िा, लातेिार, साजिबगंि, पाकुड़, िमु का, पलाम ू और गोड्डा के जसजिल जिले, और उपरोि जिलों से बना कोई भी नया जिला।

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th May, 2026 S.O. 2442(E).— .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (16) of section 2 and section 58 of the Code on Social Security, 2020, (36 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the officers mentioned in column
(2) of the following Table to be the competent authorities for the purposes of Chapter V under the said Code for the area of jurisdiction specified against them in column (3) of the said Table in relation to all establishments for which the Central Government is the appropriate Government under clause (a) of sub-section (3) of section 2 of the said Code,
