Applicability: These standards shall be applicable to all the training centres established under any law other than the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020, which are granted approval under Rule (3) of 163 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules, 2026 for also imparting vocational training to the persons employed in mines. Compliance Requirement: i.
