Immediate No, D.21013/75/2017-DC Government of India Directorate General of Health Services Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation New Delhi, dated the 7"" November, 2017 _ Office Order It has been observed that on various occasions, information/data called for either by M/o Health & F.W. or any other Ministry/Department is being sent directly by Zones/sub-zones/Laboratories/Port Offices of CDSCO without routing the same through CDSCO(HQ). It has been decided that henceforth such replies shall be submitted to Dr. Ravi Kant Sharma, “ADC(I), CDSCO (HQ) for onward submission to the concerned Ministry/Department. Similarily, information pertaining to any Division in CDSC(HQ) shall be submitted to Dr. Ravi Kant Sharma, ADC(I), CDSCO (HQ) for priward submission. This may be noted by all for compliance.
