be pleased to state:
(a) whether the Government proposes to release the 23rd instalment of Pradhan Mantri
Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) to eligible farmers across the country and if so, the
details thereof;
(b) the number of beneficiaries in Maharashtra, district-wise, who are expected to
receive benefits under the 23rd instalment and the amount likely to be transferred to
farmers in the State and if so, the details thereof;
(c) the number of women farmers in Maharashtra covered under PM-KISAN during the
last three years and the current year and if so, the details thereof;
(d) whether any eligible farmers in Maharashtra have been excluded from the scheme
due to e-KYC, Aadhaar seeding or land record-related issues and if so, the details
thereof; and
(e) the corrective measures taken by the Government to ensure timely inclusion and
payment to all eligible farmers in Maharashtra and if so, the details thereof?

(a): Under the PM-KISAN Scheme, Government of India has disbursed ₹18,895.10
Crore to more than 9.44 crore beneficiaries in the 23rd installment which was released
on 20/06/2026. State/UT-wise details of the same is at Annexure-1.(b): The district-wise details of farmers benefited under the 23rd installment of the
Scheme in Maharashtra and the amount transferred to them is at Annexure-2.
(c): The instalment-wise details of women farmers benefited under the Scheme in
Maharashtra during the last 3 years and current year is at Annexure-3.
(d) & (e): Under the PM-KISAN Scheme, Land seeding, eKYC, and linking of Aadhaar
with bank account are mandatory conditions for eligibility and to receive benefits under
the Scheme. For the eligible beneficiaries verified by the States, the benefits are
promptly transferred in the subsequent instalments.
In order to expand coverage and to ensure that no eligible farmers are left out
from the Scheme, the Government of India undertakes saturation drives in coordination
with the State Governments, including in Maharashtra from time to time.Annexure-1
