(a) the details and total amount of funds allocated to Maharashtra
under the Pradhan Mantri Gram SadakYojana (PMGSY) during
the last ten years, year-wise;
(b) the details of the expenditure incurred out of the allocated
funds, location and district-wise;
(c) the details and total number of new roads constructed out of
the said funds during the said period; and
(d) the number of roads constructed in various districts of
Maharashtra, particularly in Aspirational Districts during the
year 2024-25, name and location-wise?

(a) & (b): The allocation of funds to the States for implementation
of Pradhan Mantri Gram SadakYojana (PMGSY) is done based on the
proposal received from the State, which inter alia depends on works
in hand, execution capacity of the State and unspent balance
available with the State. The funds for implementation of the
scheme are released by the Ministry to the State as a whole and not
district-wise. The budget allocated and expenditure incurred in the
State of Maharashtra under the various verticals of PMGSY during
the last ten years and the current financial year, year-wise, are
given at Annexure-I.
