* A total of 13136 human trials were registered.

(a): The details of beneficiaries under the Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakarm (JSSK) in the
country,State-wise isplacedatAnnexure-I.
(b): The details of the approval of funds under Janani Shishu Suraksha Karyakram, State-
wise are placedat Annexure-II.
(c) and (d): As on 30th June 2025, more than 41 crore Ayushman Cards have been created
across the country. The Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY)
scheme is implemented in States/UTs through one of three modes: Trust Mode, Insurance
Mode, or Hybrid Mode. States/UTs have the flexibility to implement the scheme in any of
these modes andcan switch from one mode toanother based onthe decision of the respective
State/UTGovernment.
The funding of AB-PMJAY is entirely demand driven. National Health Authority (NHA)
releasesfunds for scheme implementation tothe States/UTson the basis of the actual demandreceived from States/UTs. There is no State / UT-wise allocation of funds. As per the process
defined by NHA, States furnish a Utilization Certificate of previously received funds prior to
everynewfund release.
The details of Central share of funds released to the States/UTs till FY2024-25 are enclosed
inAnnexure-III.
(e): The details of “NEW DRUG” regulatory human trials approved by Central Drugs
Standard Control Organisation (CDSCO) and registered in Clinical Trials Registry India
