CADRE REVIEW IN EME CORPS
1013. SHRI CHANDRAKANT DAMODAR HANDORE:
Will the Minister of Defence be pleased to state:
(a) whether periodically cadre review is being done in Electronics and Mechanical Engineers
(EME) Corps, if so, the details thereof;
(b) whether cadre review has been done lately in the artisan (civilian) staff in the EME Corps;
and
(c) if so, by when the pending cadre review of the EME Corps' artisan staff be done and, if
not, the reasons therefor?

IN THE MINISTRY OF DEFENCE
(a) to (c) The cadre review of Artisan staff of Corps of Electronics and Mechanical Engineers
(EME) is undertaken in a phased manner from time to time. The recruitment rules of artisan
staff were last published vide SRO No 54 dated 21.08.2024.
