CGHS AYUSH WELLNESS CENTRE IN PURI DISTRICT OF ODISHA
449. SHRI SUBHASISH KHUNTIA:
Will the Minister of HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE be pleased to state:
(a) whether Government has planned for establishing a CGHS Ayush wellness centre in Puri
district of the State of Odisha, considering that Puri is one of the major pilgrimage centres in the
country with year-round inflow of devotees;
(b) if so, the details thereof; and
(c) if not, the reasons therefor?

(a) to (c) There are total 07 CGHS Wellness Centres, including 02 AYUSH Units,
functioning in Odisha. At present, there is no proposal for establishment of a CGHS AYUSH
Wellness Centre in Puri district of Odisha.
