(a) the number of principal CGHS Cardholders and CGHS beneficiaries, separately, under each of the
CGHS WellnessCentresinKerala,centre-wise anddistrict-wise;
(b) the average number of beneficiaries visiting each of these centres per day based on the average of the
last three months;
(c) the number of sanctioned and actual strength of Medical Officers, Specialists, Pharmacists, Nurse and
othersupporting staff inthe said State,centre-wise; and
(d) the detailsof facilities availableinthe CGHS WellnessCentresinthe State,centre-wise?

(a)to(d) : The number of principalCGHS cardholdersandCGHS beneficiaries, separately, undereach
CGHS WellnessCentre inKerala,along with the average number of beneficiariesvisiting these centresper
dayduring the last three months, centre-wise anddistrict-wise, are givenat Annexure-I.
The sanctioned and actual strength of Medical Officers, Specialists, Pharmacists, Nurses and other
supporting staff inthe State,centre-wise, are givenat Annexure-II.
CGHS Wellness Centres in Kerala provide facilities such as Out-Patient Department (OPD)
services, referral to empanelled hospitals, indenting and supply of OPD medicines, receipt and processing
of Medical Reimbursement Claims, and supply of medical devices such as CPAP/BiPAPmachines, among
otherrelatedservices.ANNEXURE-I
