Shri Bunty Vivek Sahu: Will the Minister of COAL be pleased to state: (a) whether Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) and South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) are undertaking works under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) during the last two years in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh and if so, the details thereof; (b) whether any assessment has been carried out to identify the positive effects of works undertaken under CSR by coal companies; (c) if so, the details thereof; and (d) the details of the works sanctioned in Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh along with the time by which the said works are likely to be completed? Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) and South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) both have undertaken Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) works in Madhya Pradesh and in Chattisgarh respectively during the last two years.
