(a): Yes. Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) and South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL) both
have undertaken Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) works in Madhya Pradesh and in
Chattisgarh respectively during the last two years. The details of expenditure made is given below:

beneficiaries and local authorities (including district administrations), and third-party impact
assessments for large-scale or flagship projects. These systematic evaluations collectively
