(a) the annual breakdown of net profit earned by banks, insurance companies and financial
institutions operating in the Union Territory of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Maharashtra and
Madhya Pradesh during the past three years, along with the amount of funds spent in the
said States/UTs under the CSR Fund;
(b) the amount of funds spent by the said institutions under the CSR Fund in the said
States/UTs; and
(c) the total expenditure incurred by the said banks, insurance companies and financial
institutions in other States of the country under the CSR Fund during the past three years,
along with the annual status thereof?

available in public domain at www.csr.gov.in. On the basis of annual filings made by
banking Companies, insurance companies and financial institutions registered under
Companies Act, CSR expenditure incurred by them in the Union Territory of Dadra and
Nagar Haveli, Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh along with their annual net profit during
the past three financial years (FY) i.e. FY 2021-22 to FY 2023-24 is attached at Annexure-
I.
(c): The CSR expenditure by banking Companies, insurance companies and financial
institutions registered under Companies Act, in all the states of Country is attached at
Annexure-II.
