Shri Phani Bhusan Choudhury: Will the Minister of CORPORATE AFFAIRS be pleased to state: (a) the details of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds spent by each Public Sector Undertaking (PSU) in Assam during the last five years, district-wise and sector-wise; and (b) the details of the number of educational, healthcare, drinking water, sports and livelihood projects implemented under CSR by these PSUs in Assam during the last five years? ANSWER MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS AND MINISTER OF STATE IN THE MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS [SHRI HARSH MALHOTRA] (a) & (b): All data related to CSR filed by companies in MCA21 registry is available in public domain and can be accessed at www.csr.gov.in. On the basis of annual filings made by companies in the MCA21 registry, District-wise and Development Sector-wise CSR expenditure by Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) in Assam for the last five Financial Years (FYs) i.e 2020-21 to 2024-25 are attached at Annexure-I and Annexure-II respectively.
