DGCA NOTICES AND PENALTIES
961. SHRI SAKET GOKHALE
Will the Minister of CIVIL AVIATION be pleased to state:-
(a) the airline-wise details of all show-cause notices issued by DGCA since 1st January,
2024, indicating the violation category (safety, passenger's rights, operations, training,
maintenance);
(b) the time taken (notice date to final order) and the final outcome (warning, penalty,
suspension, restrictions) for each notice; and
(c) whether Government proposes to publish a quarterly enforcement dashboard with non-
confidential outcomes, and if not, the reasons therefor?
ANSWER

(a) & (b): Airline-wise details of all show-cause notices issued by Directorate General of
Civil Aviation (DGCA) from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 are attached at Annexure.
(c): DGCA Circular No. 1/2025 dated 07 July 2025, has been issued, mandating the use of
the eGCA portal for all surveillance activities, issuance and closure of Deficiency Reporting
Form (CA-2001), and enforcement orders.
Real-time monitoring of surveillance activities is carried out by DGCA through the MIS
portal available on the eGCA portal.
