**Summary:**
In response to Lok Sabha Unstarred Question No. 2213, addressed on August 1, 2025, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare provided information regarding eSanjeevani teleconsultations in Gujarat.
A total of 2,411,371 eSanjeevani teleconsultations were conducted in Gujarat between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025. These services are delivered through 1,737 operational hubs and 9,135 spokes across the state.
The primary health centers (PHCs) in Gujarat are equipped with digital infrastructure, including laptops/desktops, the eSanjeevani application, and internet connectivity, supported by the National Health Mission (NHM) and state government initiatives.
The eSanjeevani platform offers web services in 12 Indian languages in addition to English, while the mobile application supports 9 Indian languages along with English. An AI-enabled clinical decision support system (CDSS) has also been integrated into the eSanjeevani platform to assist doctors in diagnosing patient conditions.

(a) and (b) The total number of e-Sanjeevani tele-consultations held across the State of
Gujarat in the year 2024–25 (01 April 2024 to 31March 2025) is 24,11,371. Currently,
teleconsultations are being provided through 1,737 operational hubs and 9,135 spokes under
e-Sanjeevaniin Gujarat.
Under the National Health Mission (NHM) and with the State Government initiatives, the
primary health centres (PHCs) in Gujarat are provided with digital infrastructure like
laptop/desktops, e-Sanjeevani application, and internet connectivity to support the
telemedicine services.
(c) eSanjeevani – the national telemedicine service launched by the Ministry of Health and
